Hapoel Tel Aviv Considers Delaying Preseason Training Amid Security Concerns
Upcoming Training Sessions
Hapoel Tel Aviv is preparing to commence its preseason training on Sunday, June 29. However, like their counterparts at Maccabi Haifa and Hapoel Be’er Sheva, the team is currently facing a shortage of players. Given the ongoing military operation in Iran, there is ongoing deliberation about whether to postpstart the start of training by several days in hopes that the situation will have stabilized by then.
Security Measures

Although there has been no formal announcement, Eliniv Barada has indicated interest from Copenhagen winger Paul Mukijaro, who has yet to confirm his plans to join the team-an uncertain situation that may change if the fighting continues. A club source remarked, “We are not alstart; the entire transfer window in our football is frozen.”
Staff Changes
In a notable staff update, the club has recently appointed a professional from Maccabi Tel Aviv. Tal Volik, who previously led physiology for the youth team of the yellow-and-blue, has joined Hapoel Tel Aviv in a role that will likely extend his responsibilities to include the senior team, as well as potentially overseeing youth operations.
In light of these developments, Hapoel Tel Aviv is navigating a complex landscape as they prepare for the upcoming season, with both on-field and off-field challenges to address
