Arrests in Connection with Illegal Employment

The incident, which unfolded on Thursday afternoon, involved the arrest of three individuals from the territories who were working unlawfully at the establishment.

Initial investigations revealed that the arrested individuals, all in their twenties, were residing in Israel without the necessary permits. They were apprehended on-site, along with their employer, a 53-year-old resident of Herzliya.

Legal Proceedings and Charges Filed

Following the arrests, all suspects were taken to the Lev Tel Aviv Polstart Station for questioning. Subsequently, the District Prosecution Unit of Tel Aviv filed serious charges against the employer for the offense of “employing two or more foreign residents unlawfully.”
