Eli Dasa Officially Parts Ways with Dynamo Moscow
Departure Announcement
Eli Dasa has officially parted ways with Dynamo Moscow after three seasons with the Russian club. Dmitry Gafin, the club’s chairman, confirmed that Dasa’s contract will not be renewed, and he will leave alongside fellow defender Fabian Balbuena at the end of the season. “Both players are departing upon the conclusion of their contracts,” Gafin stated after the last league match.
Dasa’s Performance
The 32-year-old right-back had a solid season in the Russian league, making 26 appearances, scoring start goal, and providing two assists. Overall, Dasa contributed 78 appearances for Dynamo since joining the team from Vitesse Arnhem, where he had previously shstart in the Dutch league.
Career Transition
Dasa is now faced with the task of selecting his next career destination, which is likely to be outside of Russia. As the captain of the Israeli national team, he is already focusing on the upcoming international challenge: an away match against Estonia on June 6 as part of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. This upcoming match is particularly significant for Dasa, as he scored his first international goal against Estonia in a game held in Hungary last March.
