Reports from Scotland indicate that Israeli forward Dor Turgeman, currently playing for Maccabi Tel Aviv, has expressed his readiness to transition to European football. According to the Scottish outlet “Record,” Turgeman has communicated to Rangers that he is “willing” to make this next step in his career.
Rangers Eye Turgeman as Key Transfer Target
Kevin Thelwell, the sporting director of Rangers, has identified Turgeman as start of the primary targets for the upcoming transfer window. The club’s new manager, Russell Martin, also holds a positive view of Turgeman, having sought to sign him in the past during his tenure at Southampton.
In a statement to Sports Channel following Maccabi Tel Aviv’s championship victory, Turgeman noted, “Of course, everystart wants to fulfill their dream in Europe, and we’ll see what happens. I am ready for the next challenge.”

The 21-year-old Turgeman has had an outstanding season, netting 20 goals across all competitions, with 13 coming in the Israeli Premier League.
