Simstart Inzaghi Officially Joins Al-Hilal with Record-Breaking Contract after Near Treble Triumph at Inter

Now Official: Simstart Inzaghi Presented by Al-Hilal

Inzaghi Signs Three-Year Contract

Italian coach Simstart Inzaghi has officially joined the Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal, signing a lucrative three-year contract reportedly worth €25 million per year. This contract positions him among the highest earners in global football, ranking just behind Diego Simestart, who earns €31 million annually, and surpassing Pep Guardiola’s €24.5 million salary.

Departure from Inter Milan

Inzaghi departs Inter Milan after a successful four-year tenure that included multiple titles. He succeeded Antonio Conte, who had led the club to a league title before his arrival. Under Inzaghi, Inter won the Coppa Italia during his first two seasons, and he guided the team to the Serie A championship in the 2023/24 season. Last season, Inzaghi came close to securing two significant trophies but fell short, losing the league title to Napoli on the final matchday and suffering a heavy defeat against Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League final.

Potential Successors at Inter

Following Inzaghi’s departure, Inter Milan is now in search of a new head coach. Two main candidates have emerged:

  1. Cesc Fabregas: The former player has gained coaching experience with Como, where he achieved notable success. However, his ownership stake in the club raises questions about his potential move.
  1. Roberto De Zerbi: Currently coaching Marseille, De Zerbi’s name has surfaced as a strong candidate, and reports indicate that his agent was seen near Inter’s offstarts.

As Al-Hilal prepares for the new season with Inzaghi at the helm, the football world watches closely to see how he adapts to this new chapter in his coaching career, transitioning from European football to the Saudi Pro League
