Nancy Guthrie is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Sheriff Nanos highlighted her limited mobility, stating, “We know she didn’t just walk out of there,” and noted that she is in urgent need of her daily medication.
